As part of National Diabetes Week, Kelly has agreed to share with you her presentation from the Low Carb Lifestyle Long Weekend. Kelly Hodges is a Queensland based Dietitian who fully supports and advocates a low carbohydrate approach to optimise health and well being. With a keen interest in diabetes, she is half way through her studies to become a Diabetes Educator and has already seen incredible success in her clinics privately.
From reversing pre-diabetes to putting type 2 diabetes into remission, and everything in-between including medication reduction, weight loss, insulin cessation and pathology optimisation; Kelly is keen to assist with getting the knowledge out there to empower individuals to regain and take control of their health.
After the success of two virtual Low Carb Lifestyle Women’s Health Summits in 2020 and 2021, I have decided to continue the conversations and community by creating a podcast. I look forward to brining to you many conversations, knowledge, insight and wisdom, and sharing many of the presentations that were within both the 2020 and 2021 Summit’s.
