There is nothing better than a piece of bread or a pancake spread with homemade apricot jam. Homemade baked apricot jam is the best, prepared from only 2 ingredients.
The sugar-free baked apricot jam is very easy to prepare, and in addition, sugar-free apricot jam is healthy. We used dates instead of sugar.
The only two ingredients are apricots and dates.
Pour the apricot jam into clean glass jars while is still hot. It is important to pour the baked apricot jam to the edge of the glasses and close it well with a jar lid. Turn the jam over with the lid facing down. This will create a vacuum and the jam will stick well.
