1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add the puffed lotus seeds and roast on medium heat for 3-4 minutes or till crisp. Transfer in a bowl.
2. Heat butter in a nonstick pan. Add the chopped dark chocolate and melt on low heat. Add almond & cashew powder and mix well. 3. Add the roasted makhana and mix well. Transfer in a bowl and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
