In this video I talk about how I got diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in January 2021 and how I subsequently managed to reverse that diagnosis just 3 months later. This wasn’t done with any form of medication. This was done through some of the simplest lifestyle changes that you can imagine, and hopefully by the end of this video, you’ll be thinking about making some of these changes too. Not only to help you get fitter and healthier, but also to help you prevent diabetes, or if you currently suffer from it, to help you defeat it, just like I did.
