Today I am sharing the recipe of multigrain multipurpose roti. This roti is really healthy and nutritious. Be it thyroid, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol or even weight loss. You can adjust the quantity of flour as per ur choice. Sometimes I add little wheat flour too. Please like share and subscribe to my channel for more recipes and feel free to comment.
Ingredients used in this recipe
Bajra/pearl millet – 1/4 cup
Jowar/sorghum flour – 1/4 cup
Ragi/finger millet flour – 1/4 cup
Besan/chickpea flour – 1/4 cup
soya flour – 1/4 cup
oats flour – 1/4 cup
flax seeds powder – 1 tbsp
salt – 1/4 tsp
Desi ghee – 1 tsp
