Week 6 is over, with a de-load. lowering the weight and keeping the volume about the same. just to get ready for 1 rep max week next week. My weights are not impressive but for me, this is the start to see where I am at and improve from there.
Losing weight is not easy for anyone. just note, there are people willing to help you succeed in your goals. I hope this inspires you to get out there and start kicking today’s ass.
