Zaynub is a Whole Food Lifestyle Practitioner. Certified in Behavior Modification, Diet Therapy, Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching and Exercise Science. Her passion is to see every person living their optimal life, free from chronic disease, overuse of medications and underestimation of their bodies natural healing ability.
Her approach is simple–She emphasize proper nutrition& sleep and a bit of daily activity/movement. She focuses on individualized goals, preferences and habit change to form a plan which will help client lead to the outcome they are searching for.

Hi, we are Dr Linda & Dr Erica, NHS doctors from the UK and we created Afternoon Tea with Docs during the pandemic because we saw the devastating effects Covid19 had primarily on our patients living with preventable and often reversible lifestyle related chronic diseases, the lack of access to doctors and the many side effects associated with loneliness.
While we now know without a doubt that a healthy lifestyle and supportive communities are key to healthy living, very few if any governments have globally addressed the need to roll out nationwide programs to offer a solution.
At Afternoon Tea with Docs our mission is to help you transform your health with free regular access to world renowned doctors delivering practical evidence-based lifestyle medicine education that you can implement with the help of our supportive community to empower you to prevent, treat and often even reverse chronic diseases (heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, mental health problems) and to tackle loneliness.
About the Sunday Event:
Every Sunday Afternoon Tea is divided into two parts that you can join via Zoom or watch on our social media.
PART ONE: One-hour interactive interview with the speaker that is Live Streamed to our channels, to make education freely accessible to all.
PART TWO: Non-recorded half an hour where you can speak to us and our guest expert and you can get to know our supportive, fun ATwD community.
