Today I’m sharing how I reversed my pre-diabetic diagnosis in less than one year by making super small health changes. Even through the ebbs and flows of moving across country, changing careers, weather inconsistencies, and budget restraints, I remained committed to my health in small and sublet ways and it really paid off.
