The Ketogenic Diet is a low carbohydrate diet that consists of less than 20 carbs per day at first. Not per meal, but rather per day (yep, you read it properly). It is not for the faint of heart, and I am speaking from personal experience. Of course, I’ve done it! Isn’t it true that everyone in America has wished to reduce weight at some time in their lives? Do you know whether it works? Yes, of course it does! The issue is how long you can keep it up.
