You reverse diabetes to diet plan
You cannot, currently, become a non diabetic, but you might well be able to get rid of it enough to co.ntrol your blood sugar to normal levels, mostly by exercise and diet and weit loss. Diabetes DOES NOT mean High Blood Sugar though that is one common symptom of Diabetes. Instead, Diabetes is a SYNDROME that affects many organs and tissues, beyond what direct damage might come from blood sugar. Type 2 Diabetes is much more complex than most people even imagine. And it does not start just because you have a habit of eating carbohydrates or sugar. Poor diet can help trigger Diabetes and cause trouble with co.ntrol of the Diabetes, but the root basis is a genetic change in the insulin receptors of Type 2 Diabetics. This genetic change along with liftyle, including food and activity levels, wor.ks together to trigger Type 2 Diabetes. The changed insulin receptor causes some insulin resistance and then, as you gain weit and get less activity, your insulin resistance goes up even higher, and overwhelms the system. The truth is you do not truly get rid of Type 2 Diabetes, completely. The genes will ALWAYS be there, and, as I mention below, Type II Diabetes doesnt even show up until you have permanently lost at least 50pc of your insulin producing cells. Some of these missing cells are just shut down, but the majority of them are de. Once those cells are de, they are never coming back. Which is why you may co.ntrol it and you should try to co.ntrol it, but co.ntrol is one thing and cure is another. The be you can hope to do and you should hope to do this is to co.ntrol your blood sugar very well. Being able to do this without medition or insulin might POSSIBLY be healthier than doing it with insulin or medition. But it isnt the insulin or medition that is the problem it is the fact that you do not produce enough insulin and your liftyle overwhelms the insulin production you have. And, keep in mind, we are talking about CONTROL here. We are not talking about some fantasy where you dont take your medition and insulin because you BELIEVE you are able to co.ntrol it by liftyle alone. You MUST co.ntrol it first, and then, if you can successfully cut back on your meditions, because you CHANGE, then great. Maybe you CAN co.ntrol it by liftyle alone, but we are talking about lots of regular exercise, an exceptionally good diet and real weit loss. If you could actually do those things you probably wouldnt be where you are, so the fact that you have diabetes shows that you just havent done enough of those things. Are you actually going to change them now? I should probably point out something here to explain that Diabetes Meditions are not necessarily bad. In fact, there is evidence that one of them, Metformin, actually might make people age slower and live longer, and soon we might ALL be on it, even people who arent diabetic. But most people just have an aversion to taking medition and they tend to view themselves as less healthy if they take medition, so most people have a goal to try to co.ntrol things with as little medition as possible. And that can be done, depending on how many liftyle changes you make, and how much insulin production your body still has. But do remember, the medition is your friend, not your enemy. It is timated that by the time Type 2 Diabetes shows up, you will have already lost AT LEAST 50 to 75pc of your insulin production as the insulin cells die and shut down. This is mostly a permanent loss. Typically, this loss of cells has been going on for at least 12 to 14 years. Insulin Resistance stresses out the insulin producing cells. Some of the insulin producing cells will have shut down, but many of them will simply have died or completely given up. We currently have no way to effectively replace these insulin producing cells. That is one reason why you might be able to co.ntrol your blood sugar very well. But you will never again be a true non diabetic. The reason a Type 2 Diabetic has problems with insulin and sugar, is because they have a genetic trait which affects the insulin receptors, and affects their ability to use insulin and sugar in the same way as non diabetics. It is timated that Type 2 Diabetics run at a metabolic rate which is about 50 to 100 calories per day slower than a non diabetic, because of this insulin receptor change. If you think about it, this means that if a person with the genes for Type II Diabetes eats exactly the same amount as a person without the genes, their metabolism, running at 50 calories less per day, will have that 50 calories to store as fa.t. This means that they will gain one pound of fa.t every 2 1/2 to 3 months. It is no wonder that Type II Diabetics and PRE Diabetics tend to gain 5 pounds or more every year, and as they get heavier, their Diabetes triggers more. This is one reason why a Diabetic or Pre Diabeti
