The be.st diet plan to have clear bowl every day resurge clinic
Type II diabetes HAS BEEN reversed with a Vegan diet! EDIT DR. NEAL BARNARD AND FELLOW PCRM RESEARCHERS PROVED THIS BEYONE DOUBT!!! Sorry, but I neglected to put this bit of info up here, and thought I had. NO wonder I was getting hate mail. Of course vegan haters are not going to know this because people do not read research papers, watch Dr. Oz and so on, like I do. I follow PCRM. Type I diabetes, youre stuck with the other answers because you have a virus at.tacking your pancreas. Im surprised how many people have never heard that the Vegan diet got rid of the Type II diabetes. I have found that my hypoglycemia DID come back when I added Dairy back into my diet. I found that my hypoglycemia went away, when I took Dairy back out of my diet. It has not came back since. THE PROOF THAT VEGAN DIET HATERS ARE NOT READING I did post this else where, in a very similar qution. Here it is in its entirety. I highly recommend following Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine as they seem to be one of the few researchers tting diets that others refuse to tt. See Dr. Neal Barnards book about Reversing Diabetes. The short of it Go Vegan and Type II Diabetics should see a reversing of the Diabetes and Type I will NOT see the reversal, but may help protect their kidneys. My take, based on reading his book and my own experience with hypoglycemia, and what Ive read in various sources. It depends on whether you are Type I or Type II. A Type II diabetic can reverse the diabetes by simply going Vegan as opposed to giving up carbs and sweets. The Vegan Diet has been proven to NOT cause damage to the Kidneys. The recommended diet for Diabetics has been proven to cause damage to the kidneys especially beef. The co.ntrol diet had less damage to the kidneys and included Fish and Chicken. We do not know if it was the fish or the chicken that might have caused the damage or whether it was both. Note I found that my hypoglycemia went away when I stayed Vegan. I also found that it came back when I added Dairy back in. I have not tted it with Fish back in, and dairy out. Type I Diabetes is a virus at.tacking the pancreas. Because of this, most specialist recommend a anti Vegan diet, thinking that this is the be diet to have. However, I beg to differ after seeing all the complications caused by the anti vegan, anti vegetarian diet that even Type II diabetics can have. The Vegan Diet As long as you have NOT had Heart Surgery or Ilium Surgery see below for added note if you had surgery in these areas before going Vegan, I would go Vegan and be sure you eat lots of veggies, legumes good for fiber, fresh leafy greens, Whole Grain Pasta or Whole Grain Brown Rice or Brown Rice Pastas. For Type I diabetes it will NOT reverse the diabetes, but it may help protect your kidneys. Eat cereals and milks fortified with B12. Almond, Rice or Soy milks for example. Drink at least 9 full glasses of water every day. More if you sweat alot. Basically, check underneath your eyes. If they are dark, then you need to drink more water. If your urine is not clear, you need more water. Fiber Those who have recommended the meat diet, even say that having 50 grams of fiber every day is good. Legumes are excellent sources of fiber, as is Prunes. Protein Tofu, Quinoa are both complete protein sources and are Gluten Free. Other Legumes do co.ntain protein as well, but are not co.nsidered complete. Calcium Vegan milks are fortified with calcium. Many vegetables especially Broccoli co.ntains Calcium. And If you suffer from Osteoporosis, then you want less Dairy Calcium Citrate is the problem here so avoid it in calcium supplements as well and eat more Broccoli and Calcium supplements that do NOT co.ntain Calcium Citrate. Calcium Citrate is good for preventing Kidney stones though. Heart Surgery and Ilium Surgery? You can still go Vegan, but . Have your doctor check your B12 levels every 2 months until youve figured out how you absorb B12 in your B12 fortified foods and vitamins such that your B12 levels remain stable. Qutions to answer Do you need to have fortified milks 5 times a day? Do you have to have Red Star brand fortified nutritionist yeast 2 times a day and a B12 vitamin once day? Do you need the B12 vitamin 3 times a day? The possibilities may seem daunting, but its really easy. Just keep a food diary and keep track of what times you partake of something with B12 and how much of that you have. After 6 months, if your B12 levels are NOT going down, and if your doctor agrees, you should be able to go down to getting B12 levels checked less often once or twice a year. Above all, I do NOT recommend eating Oysters or Clamsignoring that they are not Vegan especially lots of them. The experts have already proven that some people who have had heart surgery may die if given a B12 sho.t.
