For those who are new to this channel, I am making a three segment course of Raw Food Diet Fundamentals consisting of the Philosophy, Recipe Concepts, and Ingredients Significance.
Today’s video focuses our next video in Philosophy on the question of is it okay to consume so much sweet food in this diet. Is it okay to do this, even if I am diabetic?
Many people who follow Raw Food Diet, end up consuming a hell lot of fruits, dates and other sweet foods. Someone who is wanting to follow the raw food diet, influenced by the advocated benefits could get drawn back by a concern if it is okay for them since they are diabetic. Normally physicians suggest control on quantity of fruits for diabetics. But that is because they are eating normal food as well. But if you are eating only raw food, then this is not excess glucose in your body.
Further, the fact of the matter is nearly all of the food we eat in any form gets converted into glucose for burning at cell irrespective of if it was a sweet item or not. I discuss what happens to the body and what we are supposed to eat as human species. Let your Saliva dictate is a concept I believe strongly. Listen to your body.
