I have tried to find and follow the “perfect” pre diabetes diet and insulin resistance diet in the past like keto and low carb but… it was a disaster for both my physical and mental health. I truly believe that a “perfect” diet doesn’t exist! So now I focus on balancing my blood sugar through balanced eating, and I definitely make many mistakes along the way, as you’ll see in this video.
I’m sharing this video in all its ugly, honest, and messy glory. I’m not going to pretend that I eat perfectly everyday to keep my blood sugar in optimal range, because that’s just not realistic. Please don’t judge me for being human! I truly hope this video can normalize for others out there that we are all doing the best that we can, and our best is good enough for now!
